Sleep program for babies and toddlers

Hi friends, I know I’ve been away for a while but I had to come back to tell you about a sleep program/app I used to get Hudson’s sleeping on track.

The program is called ‘little one’s’ they have an amazing app to download as well. Hudson was attached to me. It was hard to get him to sleep in his own room or take his naps. I might add we started this program when Hudson was almost 11 months old. So we used the 6-12 month program. When I downloaded the program I didn’t know what to expect. I read over it and it sounded easy. It talked about routine, self settling, sleep consolidation, naps, their sleep philosophy, setting up babies sleep environment and much more.

The first week we focused on naps and routine. We started doing our night routine around dinner time, after dinner we did bath, book, cuddle time. We put on his sound machine, laid him in his crib and shut the door. The first few days he had a bit of a hard time getting used to his own room. But after reading all the articles and inserts from little one’s we got the hang of it. By the end of week two he was taking naps in his crib and sleeping through the night. I honestly wish I had this program when my twin girls were little. It would have been a life saver! Or even with Ryleigh. But now I know and I’m recommending it to all my mama friends!
